Upon review of my steps taken so far I notice that the above webpage (where I got SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) only mentions "Office 365 Office 2019 Office 2016 Office 2013". Select the Office product installed with the Microsoft 365 subscription. I purchased from Academic Superstore Microsoft Office Professional Plus. I created a new Windows user on another system running MS-Office 2019 and was able to easily connect to exchange server. I purchased a new HP ENVY Phoenix Desktop - 850-150qe with Windows 10 64 bit. We then purchased and installed MS-Office 2019 but Outlook still presents the same error when trying to connect to Exchange server.
We encountered an issue connecting Outlook 2003 toĪn exchange server that we could not resolve so we un-installed all MS-Office software and also ran SetupProd_OffScrub.exe downloaded from here: Find your Microsoft Office program from the list, select it and click Uninstall. Click Uninstall a program under Programs. Type control panel and select Control Panel app to open it. Outlook 2003, Word, Excel, Access were from other years. Press Windows + S to open the Windows Search dialog. A computer system used to have several versions of MS-Office installed (including 2003, 2007, 2010). I'm not sure which forum to post my question.
